10# Variety Beef Bundle - Grain-finished Beef

Have a small freezer?  Not too many mouths to feed?  Want to sample Holy Cow Farm Fresh before investing in bulk beef?  If any of these questions ring a bell for you, then this is your beef package.

Included in this 10# beef variety bundle:

• 2 premium steaks (may or may not include: porterhouse, T-bone, sirloin steak, filet mignon, NY strip, cowboy steak, and/or ribeye)
• 1 to 2 savory cuts and/or beef roast (Butcher's choice)
• 5 lbs. of premium ground beef (1 lb. flat rectangles)
  
  

All meat is flash frozen and vacuum-sealed to preserve meat quality.  Package is comprised of non-gmo grain-finished beef raised on pasture from our small family farm.
