Grain-Finished Beef & Farming Facts

• After feeding on grass, our grain-finished beef is given our non-GMO corn (that we raise right here on the farm) in the last 3-6 months.
• Finishing the feeding process with quality grains improves the beef’s tenderness and marbling—adding great texture and a lot of flavor.
• No hormones or antibiotics are used on our farm to enhance beef growth.
• Our on-farm butcher shop typically hangs the beef to age it for around 10 days before processing, which also ensures very tender meat.
• Grain-finished beef is available by the cut and in bulk.
