20# Variety Beef Bundle - Grain-finished Beef

Eat a minimal amount of beef?  Have a small family?  Not a lot of freezer space?  This 20 lb. variety package is a modest amount of beef, taking up about a cubic foot of freezer space.

Our variety packages are created to honor the whole beef, therefore in this 20# beef variety bundle, we include:

• 18% premium steaks (may or may not include: porterhouse, T-bone, sirloin steak, filet mignon, NY strip, skirt, flank cowboy steak, and/or ribeye)

• 32% savory cuts and beef roasts (may or may not include: chuck/rump/round/arm/sirloin tip roasts, cube/round steak, short/baby back ribs, stew/kabob meat, and/or brisket)

• 50% premium ground beef (1 lb. flat rectangles)

All meat is flash frozen and vacuum-sealed to preserve meat quality.  Package is comprised of non-gmo grain-finished beef raised in pasture from our small family farm.
