Whole Beef Bundle - Grain-finished Beef

HOLY COW - GO WHOLE COW!  The whole cow is a great option if you are splitting the share with another family or two, that way everyone gets out best deal.  And no need to worry about keeping it stored, our heavy-duty cryo-vac packaging completely protects the beef for well over a year.  This will be the only beef purchase you need to make all year!  This package requires about 12 to 16 cubic feet of freezer space.  A whole beef is the best way to stock up and save big on the best food for your family!  This bundle consists of 320 lbs. of premium beef.

Our variety packages are created to honor the whole beef, therefore in a whole of beef, we include:

• 18% premium steaks (may or may not include: porterhouse, t-bone, sirloin steak, filet mignon, NY strip, skirt, flank cowboy steak, and/or ribeye)

• 32% savory cuts and beef roasts (may or may not include: chuck/rump/round/arm/sirloin tip roasts, cube/round steak, short/baby back ribs, stew/kabob meat, and/or brisket)

• 50% premium ground beef (1 lb. flat rectangles)

All meat is flash frozen and vacuum-sealed to preserve meat quality.  Price includes all meat, packaging, and processing, no other costs included.  Package is comprised of non-gmo grain-finished beef raised in pasture from our small family farm.
