A great cut of meat! This steak comes from the top hind quarter right beneath and above the Tenderloin. Very lean and flavorful, these are best grilled or broiled to medium rare. It is harvested from the finest grassfed beef. Steak is cut 1 inch thick and is a large bone-in steak. Meat comes frozen and vacuum sealed.
