Filet Mignon (1.5" thick) - Grain-Finished Beef

The steak of steaks! aka Beef Filet. This cut is the most tender part of the beef, and highly sought after as the best cut available. It must not be over-cooked! If not cut into steaks, this is the Tenderloin Roast. It is harvested from the finest grain-finished beef. Steaks are cut approximately 1.5 inches thick. Meat comes frozen and vacuum sealed.
