1/4 Beef Bundle - Grain-finished Beef

The 1/4 Beef package is a popular starter package for those who've bought beef before.  But warning!  Most of our customers say they wish they had ordered more!  With this package, you will have your own little grocery store "freezer" section right at home.  This option requires about 4-6 cubic feet of freezer space.  This bundle consists of 80 lbs. of premium beef.

Our variety packages are created to honor the whole beef, therefore in an 1/4 of beef, we include:

• 18% premium steaks (may or may not include: porterhouse, t-bone, sirloin steak, filet mignon, NY strip, skirt, flank cowboy steak, and/or ribeye)

• 32% savory cuts and beef roasts (may or may not include: chuck/rump/round/arm/sirloin tip roasts, cube/round steak, short/baby back ribs, stew/kabob meat, and/or brisket)

• 50% premium ground beef (1 lb. flat rectangles)

All meat is flash frozen and vacuum-sealed to preserve meat quality.  Price includes all meat, packaging, and processing, no other costs included.  Package is comprised of non-gmo grain-finished beef raised in pasture from our small family farm.
